On Ticket Purchase, the email address provided by you(User) can and may be accessible to the Event host associated with the purchased tickets, the Email address can and may be accessible to JetronTicket for sending promotional contents and periodic emails.

You acknowledge that Jetron Ticket’s domain name (jetronticket.com), logos and other distinctive brand features are subject to copyright and trademark. Nothing in these terms gives you the right to use the jetron Ticket name, logos or domain names and any other distinct brand features. All rights, title and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive of Jetron Ticket and its licensors. Any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding Jetron Ticket, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria unless otherwise expressly provided. All disputes and controversies arising out of or relating to the Website and this Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Court of Justice in Nigeria with the jurisdiction to adjudicate on such matters.
